Highlights of Rental Policies:
-Check-In
Time: 4:00 pm
-Check-Out Time: 10:30 am
-Utilities (gas, electricity, cable, Internet, and local telephone)
are included in the posted rates.
-A $100 cleaning charge will be added to all rentals
-All Starfish Beach House rentals are NON-SMOKING.
-Pets are not permitted in the rental unit or on the resort grounds.
-The maximum occupancy of the two-bedroom unit is six (6) persons,
including children.
-A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
When you request a booking, a registration form will be sent to you which includes all rental terms and conditions. Return the completed and signed form with your rental deposit to secure your booking.
